SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

 

Green with Envy offers FREE DELIVERY on all orders. Orders are shipped via Australia Post eParcel Express Service.

After your order is placed, please allow up to 72 hours for us to process and dispatch your order.

We do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation and/or stock availability.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from Australia Post containing your tracking number. Or you can track it via the Australia Post website here.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Orders placed from Friday 2pm, Saturday & Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

Orders are dispatched from our distribution centre in Victoria, therefore if we receive your order on a Victorian Public Holiday, it will not be processed until the following day.

Your order will require a signature upon delivery by Australia Post.

To guarantee delivery, we recommend your parcel be sent to an address where there will be someone to receive it between 9am - 5pm.

During sale and peak periods, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed before shipping (this may cause a delay in your order being received).


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 

All International orders are shipped via FedEx and are charged a flat rate $20.

After your order is placed, please allow up to 48 hours for us to process and dispatch your order.

International orders will have an approximate delivery timeframe of 3 - 7 business days, depending upon your location.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION

When orders shipped internationally reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Your order will require a signature upon delivery by FedEx.

Green with Envy cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made.

The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties. We also cannot mark any international order as a 'gift', due to law prohibitions.
