Online Returns Policy


Please note: This returns policy applies only to products purchased on the Green with Envy e-boutique, not in one of our stores. If you have questions about our in-store returns policy, please don't hesitate to contact customercare@greenwithenvy.com.au 


Australian Returns

We understand how tricky it can be to know how a piece will fit before trying it on, and that’s why we offer you a completely risk-free 7 day return policy, beginning when you receive your item. This includes sale items, excluding final sale items. (Items discounted at 70% or more are final sale, and cannot be returned.

We have three conditions of return:
- Merchandise must be returned within 7 days
- Merchandise must be returned with tags attached, and in its' original packaging, eg. shoes must be returned in their original box
- Returns will be not be processed for items that have been altered, worn or washed

For change of mind, we will not accept any returns that are not in the original condition as when purchased.

In the interests of hygiene, we do not offer change of mind refunds on pierced jewellery, underwear or swimwear, if the hygiene seal has been removed.

When you receive your parcel, you will find enclosed your purchase, and an invoice which includes the Returns information.

If you wish to return an item, it must be returned with the invoice, and all Returns Information filled out (including Return Authorisation Number)

If you purchase two items during the 2 for promotion, and choose to return one item, the item you do keep will revert to full price, and this will be reflected in your refund.

How to receive your Return Authorisation (RA) Number:

Log into your account and click on MY ORDERS, and select the order number which contains the item/s you wish to return.

Select the item you wish to return by clicking on ‘CREATE A RETURN’ and choose the reason why you would like to send your item back. If the item is faulty, please provide details as to why.

Once you have confirmed the return details, we will send you an email which will contain your RA Number and information on how to return your parcel.


To return your parcel:

We offer a simple way to return your purchase using Australia Post eParcel!  

We charge a flat rate of $7 to return your parcel to us, which will be deducted from your refund.

When you email us to receive your RA number, we will email you back with all returns information including an eParcel return form.

All you need to do is stick the return form onto the parcel, and drop into your nearest post office!

We will notify you by email once your return has been received and processed!

Of course we will endeavor to process your refund as quickly as possible, however please allow 5 - 10 business days for your refund to appear in your account.

Refunds will be issued by the same method as to which the item was paid.

Please note: to ensure you don’t miss out on the piece you are after, we don’t offer merchandise exchanges in the traditional sense. With our free delivery on all orders - you'll get the right size or color fastest if you simply place a second order. Once we receive your original return, we'll credit your account accordingly.

Unfortunately, we currently cannot accept online returns in our boutiques.

Please be aware that during peak periods, there may be a delay in processing returns, we apologise for any inconvenience this causes. 


International Returns

When you receive your package, you will find enclosed an invoice, a returns authorisation form, a returns pro forma invoice and a pre addressed FedEx consignment note. If you wish to return an item, it must be returned with the returns authorisation form (including return authorisation number) and the invoice that comes with your purchase.

To return your parcel:

We offer a simple way to return your purchase, using FedEx!

We charge a flat rate of $20 to return your parcel to us, which will be deducted from your refund.

Simply fill in the FedEx consignment note included in your purchase and contact you local branch of FedEx to book  a collection.

Please ensure the following is adhered to (for customs purposes):

- You have signed the 3 copies of the returns pro forma invoice that you received with your order and have ticked the item you wish to return
- You leave your package open until the driver has checked the contents

We will notify you by email once your return has been received and processed!

Of course we will endeavor to process your refund as quickly as possible, however please allow 5 - 10 business days for your refund to appear in your account.

With our flat rate express delivery on all orders - you'll get the right size or color fastest if you simply place a second order. Once we receive your original return, we'll credit your account for the refund.

Faulty Items

Faulty items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault has occurred within a reasonable time frame.

Please note that items which have been damaged as a result of some wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

In accordance with Consumer Affairs, where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.

If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.

You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

With faulty items as above, please sign into your account to organise the return.
