Shopping at Green with Envy is simple and easy! By using our drop down menu at the top of each page, you can search by category (CLOTHING, ACCESSORIES, JEWELLERY, SHOES, BAGS, DESIGNER) or check out our NEW ARRIVALS.

When you find the item you want, simply select your colour and size and 'ADD TO BAG'. A pop up box will appear on your screen, giving you the option to 'CHECKOUT' which will take you to your shopping bag. From there, you can enter all your details to finalise and place your order!

Do I have to create an account to place an order?

Yes, which is why we make creating an account quick and easy! Having an account with us also means you can:

Where are your stores?

What should I do if something is wrong with my order?

If you received the wrong item, or if something is missing from your order, we are sorry! Please email us straight away at and we will sort it out for you as a matter of urgency.

If you believe you have received a faulty item, or you have found that what you ordered is not suitable, we have a 7 day return policy which you can read more about HERE!

How do I know the products you sell are authentic?

Rest assured, we are an authorised online distributor for every single designer that we showcase. We guarantee every item sold in our e-boutique to be 100% authentic.

What size should I order?

We know it can be a bit difficult to know what size you are, especially as many of our designers use their own unique sizing scheme. To help you figure out your size, each product will have SIZE & FIT detail specific to the piece so you can determine your selection easily! There is also a universal SIZE CHART which you can view HERE which shows all international and Australian sizing conversions.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

If you are able to select your colour and size then you are in luck, we have your selected item available! Please note that until you finalise your purchase, your item/s can be purchased by another customer as we do not reserve stock which is held in your shopping bag.

Items marked as Sold Out are unfortunately not available for purchase on the website, but please don't hesitate to contact us, as they may be available in one of our stores.

Do you offer lay-by?

We currently do not offer a lay-by feature within our e-boutique.

Can I use my store credit note / gift voucher online?

Unfortunately we do not currently accept store credit notes or gift vouchers on orders placed at the e-boutique. However, we do offer online gift vouchers, which can be purchased HERE!

Which payment methods does Green with Envy accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit and debit cards.

What are the delivery charges?

We offer FREE next business day delivery within Australia using Australia Post Express ePacrel service, and a flat rate delivery fee of $20 to the rest of the world, using FedEx.

How can I change currency?

On each product detail page, you will have the function to see an approximate conversion into the following currencies: JPY, GPB, EUR, USD.

Will I have to pay any duties and taxes on top of my order?

Whilst we offer a flat rate of $20 for shipping worldwide, Green with Envy unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties. We also unfortunately cannot mark any international order as a 'gift', due to law prohibitions.

Does Green with Envy ship to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately we are unable to ship to multiple addresses. If you need to send items in your order to different addresses, i.e. for a gift, we suggest you place separate orders for each item. As we offer free shipping, hopefully this doesn't cause too much inconvenience!

What packaging will my purchase be in?

Here at Green with Envy, we know that receiving the parcel is half the fun! So we are confident you will be happy that your order will arrive wrapped, in our signature Green with Envy boxes, perfectly accompanying your beautiful new purchase.

Can I add items to an existing order?

Once an order has been finalised and placed, it is not possible to add any items to this particular order. However, thanks to our free shipping, it is very easy to just go ahead and place another order for the extra piece/s you want!

Where is my order?

Once your order is dispatched from our distribution centre, we will email you with a specific tracking number for your order, which you can track easily and securely!

How can I return an item?

We offer a risk-free 7 day returns policy, which is easily organised by logging into your account and selecting the order which contains the item you want to return!

When will my refund show up in my account?

Once we have received your item, and your return has been approved, we will process your refund onto the payment method in which you used to purchase. Please allow 5 - 10 days for your refund to return to your account.

Can I use a promotional code to purchase a gift voucher?

We are happy to be able to offer vouchers both in store and online. However, vouchers must be purchased at full price, and cannot be in conjunction with any discount or promotion.
